We have a pragmatic approach to business consulting. We believe in digging in and getting results as opposed to leaving you with a good looking notebook that fits nicely on your shelf. Summarized below are some of the ways we can make real change that improves the bottom line.
* Needs analysis - An on site analysis to assess opportunities for lowering costs and/or increasing sales. Output is a suggested action plan including methods, tools, and a rough payback analysis.
* Strategic planning - We can design this to be relatively narrow scope with a series of high level strategic meetings to help solidify managements direction and
organize specific cost saving and sales improvement activities. Also available is a structured 8 week strategic planning program that pulls together a business plan including the creation of specific company goals to achieve planned company strategies. This 8 week program includes "homework" that involves reading and/or audio CD's and workbook exercises to provide training for management team while the strategic plan is being developed.
* Problem solving teams - we will assist in the formation and facilitation of a cross functional team that's sole mission is to implement a solution to one of the identified needs and produce a cost reduction or sales gain. These teams will follow an 8 step process to define problem, develop and implement solution, and monitor the results.
* Training - in support of the needs analysis and/or problem solving teams we can provide a wide variety of training provided by one or more of our consultants
depending on the type of training required.
* Software implementation support - we provide consulting services required to assure that any software product we sell is implemented effectively.
* Operations / Quality consulting - Saros and its business partners
have many years of experience in operations optimization and quality
system implementation. A summary of our consultants background
is available upon request.
A good first step is a "mini" needs analysis. We take a day to meet with your management team and key personnel to discuss needs and explore ways to cost effectively address them.
As a result of these meetings we prepare a concise report including an action plan, costs for software / service, and rough payback for the top needs identified.
