Our latest offerings are built using a web based rapid application development (RAD) system that includes a high degree of configurability for any application built in it.  Applications built in this system can be deployed in the Cloud as SaaS applications or optionally as an individual instance installed on a client provided web server. • Process Director - a highly configurable Business Process Management (BPM) system that depending on setup can solve a wide variety of business process related information system needs. This is designed to be a tool to support internal and external consultants in documenting optimized business processes that often are part of an overall Lean initiative. • Knowledge Director - includes functionality to support building "wizard" type applications that include "logical branching".  For example a Knowledge Director system was configured for the Department of Labor that includes a series of input and question screens that take the user step by step through the process of preparing an application for testing critical safety equipment.  Based on answers to questions and the information entered, the user is taken to the appropriate follow up screens.
